All of our staff are in-house and upon commissioning a website you will be assigned a personal designer, who will communicate directly with you. Most web design companies outsource freelance designers from around the world to take advantage of lower minimum wages abroad. This has many disadvantages to the client. You will never get to speak to the person building your site, instead relying on a game of 'Chinese whispers' between you, a 'project manager' and a designer the other side of the world. When you take into account further disadvantages such as time difference delays and language/cultural miscommunications, we think you'll agree that having a designated in house personal designer is far more desirable. An additional benefit to this direct approach is that with no unnecessary middlemen to pay, further savings are passed on to the client. |

| We understand that many people starting up their own business need to work dayjobs, and therefore cannot always communicate with us during normal working hours and this is something we have taken on board. We operate long hours of communication - from 9am to 8:30pm and are open for buissness Monday through Saturday. We also understand that with a website attracting customers from a worldwide plane, our 'night time' is always someones elses 'open for buissness', with this in mind we give all customers emergency contact details should they need to speak with us out of normal office hours. |
